By accessing and using the services provided by Create with Archie & Co., you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services
Create with Archie & Co. provides various creative virtual assistant services. The use of our services is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Payment and Fees
Payment for services is discussed upon consultation call, and dues should be settled 3-5 days upon invoice received. Failure to pay may result in subject of suspension, and may not be able to use our service in the future. All fees are stated in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to the services provided by Create with Archie & Co. remain the property of Create with Archie & Co.. Clients may reproduce, distribute, or use any content outputs provided by Create with Archie & Co.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the services.
6. Termination
Create with Archie & Co. reserves the right to terminate services or access to the platform at its discretion, with or without cause. Clients or users may terminate services according to the agreed-upon terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Create with Archie & Co. provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Create with Archie & Co. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Baguio city.
10. Changes to Terms
Create with Archie & Co., reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users or clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
